Return and Refund Policy

At ArgoGlobal & Co, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be:

In its original condition
Unworn and unused, except as reasonably necessary to inspect or try on the item
Free from stains, marks, odours or damage
Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Do not send any products back before contacting our support team and receiving return instructions.

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may exercise your cancellation rights within the applicable return period.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable law. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service may not be refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item where appropriate

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, used or where a hygiene seal has been removed, where permitted by law.

This may include certain underwear, intimate garments or other hygiene-sensitive products.

We may also be unable to accept items that have been:

Worn beyond normal inspection
Washed
Altered
Damaged after delivery
Returned without their original tags where this affects their resale condition

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or item, please contact support@argoglobal.uk.

Depending on stock availability, we may offer an exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and, where applicable, within the time limits required by law.

Please note that your bank, card provider or payment service may require additional time to display the refund in your account after it has been processed.

Reduced Refunds

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to reduce the amount refunded if the value of an item has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it in a physical store.

Orders Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us because the delivery information supplied by the customer was incorrect, incomplete, or because the parcel was not collected, please contact our support team.

Any refund or reshipment will be assessed according to the circumstances of the order and any applicable delivery costs.
